Memo for California Officials

Bringing in and harboring certain aliens, 8 U.S. Code § 1324

Any person who knowing that a person is an alien, brings to or attempts to bring to the United States any manner whatsoever such person at a place other than a designated port of entry, or place other than as designated by the Commissioner, regardless of whether such alien has received official prior official authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, and regardless of any future official action which may be taken with respect to such alien …

[Who] knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law …

[Who] knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation …

[Who] encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law …

[Who] engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding actions SHALL BE PUNISHED …

… in which the offense was done for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain, fined, imprisoned of not more than ten years, or both.

… during and in relation to which the person causes serious bodily injury to, or places in jeopardy the life of any person, be fined, imprisoned of not more than 20 years, or both.

… in resulting in the death of any person, be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years, or for life, and fined, or both.

Perhaps it is time that the federal government charge state and/or local officials for these violations, particularly where there is sufficient evidence to show that enacted state and local policies or laws have resulted in death or serious injury of citizens of the United States.  What is the point of having a law such as this if the Departments of Justice or Homeland Security do not intend to exercise it?

The bug in the law is the phrase, “ … attempts to conceal, harbor or shield… “. Sanctuary cities claim that they are not required to turn over illegal aliens and that failure to do is not an “attempt to conceal, harbor, or shield.” Sanctuary cities content that simply knowing an individual is in the country illegally is not an act in furtherance of concealing, harboring, or shielding the individual.

The key is to revise the troubling phrase to make it clear exactly what is lawfully meant.

Sanctuary cities can be eliminated. The real question is, Why hasn’t Congress acted to do so?

It seems obvious that the Oakland mayor has aided and abetted the illegals there.

What a lawless country we have become as it relates to the officials anyway.

DHS claims they have to let MS-13 members in. Sessions should have recused himself from being AG since it was obvious to him he would not be able to do his job.

Ya know Kid….half the times I see him he looks like a deer caught in the headlights or a hostage in captivity or under siege. And I just heard he quoted the wrong law when he recused himself the first time. He does need to be fired and replaced with a real damn fine lawyer…Trey Gowdy. Or Jim Jordan is a top-notch candidate too.
When he opens his mouth I lose whatever confidence I had in him….his command of regular English is embarrassing. Even his two black AA predecessors speak better…even if they’re pathological lying scumbags. And Eric the Red??? Now employed by the Panther / Commie party of California. And did Loretta go back to the head of housekeeping at Motel 6 or head chef at Waffle House?

      Waffle House Jack.

In the news this morning, the government of California has hired an illegal alien to work in a state-wide office. Now, how does this happen when this person isn’t eligible for a social security card, and certainly is not entitled to work in the US …

I think we need an attorney general with a set of balls.

“I think we need an attorney general with a set of balls..”

He couldn’t fool me that tranny called “Loretta Lynch”! She was really Holder in drag and what a total gasbag of BS loser. See…let them run the country for a few years and what did we get? Riots, race hate, division, phony birth certificates, Chi-congo, illegal EO’s on immigration and not a smidgen of wrongdoing? illegal wiretapping, the disappearance of $750 billion in the infrastructer building, $150 billion to Iran and $9 Trillion over 8 years. Where did 9 trillion go to? We lost Russia, Turkey, Egypt, Libya and most of the Middle East. All the bowing ass-kissing and “reset” buttons were all complete failures.

    • Kid says:

Actually 18 trillion, 8 in tax collections and 10 in new debt. 18 trillion……..

…Actually when was it ever a lawful environment for officials outside of the occasional republican.

It seems pretty clearly written to me. Attempts to conceal, harbor or shield seems pretty cut and dry. Knowing an illegal alien has entered the country, committed a violent crime, having him/her in custody then NOT turning them over to Federal Authorities upon their request to handle is a prettly clear cut case of harboring and shielding. Not to mention the countless others that are concealed. Anyone knowingly invloved in that indvidual being cut loose should be charged with a crime as well. Not to mention the Soros’ of the world who anomously post their bonds.

Think about the mentality of the individual who not only knows the alien is illegal and committed murder/rape, and will most likely do the same again, and then fights VEHEMENTLY for their release. There needs to be accountability for those kinds of actions, they are crimes against the country.

If you want to read the Code above as the left sees it, simply replace the word “alien” with “voter” everywhere it is written. Makes me sick to my stomach everytime a Pelosi, Schumer, Waters, or any one of those pieces of s*it start talking about “Dreamers”. Americans ARE the original dreamers being made to feel guilty that we won’t give the criminal trying to break in to our home thier own key and access to our bank accounts. “Here’s my wife Juan, have fun!”

It’s a disgusting time in our nations history, they’ve kept us pretty busy defending their short sprint types of attacks and have distracted us from their “marathon” plans of watering down Americans tolerance of all the ridiculous things thrown at us daily, incessantly. I am 100% for legal immigration and firmly believe there should be a path to citizenship for those that qualify. I am a monster, a RACIST however because I want the illegals who commit crimes arrested and deported.

It might help if most people realized that the USA is not a democracy; it is a Republic … which means that we are a nation of laws rather than one of majority rule. The implications are clear: if we are no longer a nation of laws, then we are no longer a federal republic.

  5. I agree with Kid: It seems obvious that the Oakland mayor has aided and abetted the illegals there.

  6. Baysider says:

Wow. There goes the whole city council of San Francisco. And, yes, the major of Oakland. If these people KNEW the illegals they are so anxious to get votes from would vote for Trump (yes, I still have a grip on reality – but saying that were the situation) they’d be all over those laws like a duck on a june bug. They are in it for the power, to put people in the pipeline that will help them steal from our wallets.

I know NO ONE here who agrees with the sanctuary state OR city situation…Nobody. The mayor of Oakland needs to be in jail. But, considering the make-up of law enforcement types in the Bay Area, she’d probably be really happy there.
